How can I become the best version of myself?

Well, just like a cracked teapot cannot serve tea, a stressed out, in pain, restless person cannot become the best version of themselves. Only a person who feels completely in control, who is pain-free and highly energetic, can achieve their dreams. This is the philosophy that drives us at ONE.

We believe that in order for you to be the best version of yourself, you need to be able to draw strength out of yourself at a moment’s notice. That means not being bogged down by negative thoughts, moods, depressions, pain, etc. For us to do the maximum amount out in the world, we need to feel absolutely full within ourselves. So what does this have to do with Saunas, Cold Plunges, and Strength?

Simple. Everything.

The experiences reported with Cold plunge and Sauna range from euphoria to an intense feeling of calm and inner peace. This may sound crazy because, for some, jumping into ice-cold water sounds horrible, but in fact, there is much scientific evidence to show that the benefits of cold exposure vastly outweigh the negatives.

The reason why it is so profound is that it activates your entire physiology; heart, lungs, endocrine system, immune system, and more, thus making your whole body feel on. So much suffering in our modern world comes from the convenience and comfort we have grown so accustomed to. By not applying the appropriate levels of stress, we have resulted in physical and mental conditions that are less pliable, less strong, and less adaptive.

The extreme heat from the sauna, the freezing cold plunge, and some form of physical training activate the body’s systems to create stronger, more adaptive, and healthier bodies as well as minds. Increased immunity, reduced inflammation, improved cardiovascular performance, reduced stress, and improved skin are all benefits reported from these activities. Also, they can be fun and social.

This is our dream. To help people conquer the limitations of their bodies and minds and become the best versions of themselves. To give people a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where they can explore the deepest parts of themselves and reinvigorate the fire within.

  • We call ourselves ONE because we want everyONE to come and feel comfortable. That’s why we ask that you wear something that makes you feel comfortable but is respectful of the club atmosphere. The Decency Policy is basically the same as a public pool or beach. Bathing suits, shorts, sports bras, bike shorts are all acceptable.

  • In general the average person who is untrained will want to try to achieve a simple two minutes in a bath between 40-45 degrees. As you continue to improve your physiology that will steadily increase to about 15 minutes.

  • No way! All of the services can be tried out on a day to day basis. However, if you connect with any of the services then a membership will be the most cost effective way to enjoy all that ONE has to offer!

  • At about 130 degree F the Infrared Saunas can feel quite hot. The average untrained person will feel completely satisfied after 20 minutes in the sauna. At that temperature a whole hour would be a lot and it is recommended that if you go longer than 40 minutes you use temperatures between 110 and 120 degrees.

  • It is entirely personal preference but the time of day sometimes plays a factor. Ending on a cold session will energize the body, best for mornings or afternoon pick-me ups. While ending on a hot session will relax the body, great for evenings or days-off.
