    Fri: 10am, Sat: 12pm

    In only 45 minutes get a full body workout in. Ignite every muscle, gain strength and cardio vascular endurance with the use of Kettlebell, Clubs and Maces!

  • Breath Work & Meditation

    Sat: 9am

    Stop in for a 30 minute breath work session designed to bring a moment of presence back into your life, create calm and restore focus.

    Mon: 6-7pm

    Combining stretching, breathing, and a basic core workout that places a strong emphasis on greater health and well-being. Good for Beginners. young and old, and anyone who is looking for a practice to still the mind
